In fact, we keep also keep both the parties up to date with the status of the sampling production and shipment. Plus, we stay proactive towards identification of problems that may arise during any phase, and take corrective measures to ensure safe and timely delivery.
In addition to that we have a strict quality assurance system that is divided into four stages: Pre-Production Check (PPC): As the name suggests, at this stage we go through all the materials (including raw), machineries, components, technologies and even the user manual to ensure quality products.
Initial-Production Check (IPC): The IPC is conducted once the initial samples of the products are developed. The prototype samples are tested for quality assurance as well as to make sure that they are being produced as per buyer’s requirement. If any deviations are detected, corrective measures are immediately taken.
During-Product Check (DUPRO): At this phase of our quality assurance test, we make sure that the deviations identified in the prototype samples are completely rectified. Plus, we also check and ensure that the quality standards are met while products are being manufactured.
Final Random Inspection (FRI): Once the consignment is ready to be shipped to buyer, we go through a final random inspection of the products to make sure they comply with quality standards. The samples are evaluated randomly and tested for design, labeling, color, marking, material quality, assortment, packing quality and style, workmanship, etc.
Once the assessment is completed, the evaluation report is sent to the buyer by email. We make sure that the consignments are shipped only when they are in 100% compliance
