The Founder of Tradekey Mr. Junaid Mansoor started the discussion with his goal to help Chinese people to connect with customers globally. When Chinese people start doing international business through online B2B, the biggest problem they encounter is language problem. You may write or read emails, but normally can't use English making phone call directly." Mr. Mansoor, on the podium of CBEC2014 said that TradeKey is the world's second largest B2B platform, with 8 million member companies, second only to AliBaba, Headquarter based in Saudi Arabia.

"Conversation is very important part in dealing business. If you send 10 emails, you may just receive 1 reply. But if you are making call, then you may get 2 potential feedbacks, said the CEO of TradeKey. With branches in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, He and his company has been commited to help chinese people to do business globally. We have a global business in Pakistan, with a large number of English-speaking employees, who dedicatedly work for Chinese companies to connect with global customers." Mr. Mansoor said.

He also stressed that most of these employees are quality MBA graduates on a low wage cost due to the demand supply situation in Pakistan. In China, if the month salary for a white-collar worker is 8000 Yuan, then we can hire 3 to 4 people in Pakistan, working 12 hours a day, 24 hours shifts, connecting with global customers in different time zones.
